Sanket Chugh is the General Manager of Taj Theog Resort & Spa, a hotel in the hills near Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, with views across the Himalayas. In episode 4 of Voice of Youth Season 2, released on 19 June 2024, he talks to host Rahul Das about running a luxury property in the mountains.
He talks about the experiences the resort offers guests, its food, the technology behind the service and the team that runs it. He also explains how the hotel works with local artisans and producers to put regional cuisine on the menu and support the local economy.
