When Delhi is going to breathe fresh air?
Delhi Air quality deteriorates again to the sever category. Since last month Delhi Air quality has been deteriorating. Every year in winter the pollution in Delhi reaches the peak. When trying to bring situation under control it became worst again.
When Delhi is going to breathe fresh air?
Each and every life in Delhi is breathing toxic pollution. But in this we should be held completely responsible. However it all started back in 1990s when Indian cities started turning into toxic hell. In 1980 there was a spate of strong legislation but despite of that the deterioration took place. Vehicles, industrial, dust and weather patterns makes Delhi pollution worst especially in winter.
Modernization and urbanization might have lead country towards the growth but the growth which affects the human health is a healthy growth? If this growth is only going to only lead us towards our destruction is this a growth or a path towards hell?
When everything modernized, when people felt comfortable the things which was made for convenient of people they stated overusing it. Not only industries which cause pollution. It’s also people’s responsibility towards controlling the pollution.
Pollution cannot be abolish now but due to changes in our daily habits might come down to some extent, at least we might get time to deal with it.
• Limit the use of private vehicles and use public transport more. If you are using it to reach your office destination, also give lift to your friends and colleagues this will limit the use of private vehicles.
• Learn to walk if the distance is short. It’s been observed that people need their vehicles even for the shorter distance.
• Stop burning things like plastic and other materials which causing pollution. As the pollution in winter becomes severe because of smoke from burning fields.
• Plant more trees as it take carbon dioxide and give oxygen.
Government is doing their Job but it’s also our responsibility to take steps towards reducing pollution.
