What is the “Clone Train” scheme as per Indian Railways

A “Clone Train” has been announced by the Indian Railways. It is as same as the passenger trains for registered and reserved passengers. Whenever and wherever the waitlist is long, a “Clone Train” will be there as an alternative train. Registered and reserved passengers will be informed about seat numbers and timings on the “Clone” train after reservation.
