Unlock 4.0 guidelines

The guidelines on Unlock 4.0 have been made mandatory for some states including Kolkata by the Centre for implementation of the lockdown policies beyond the containment zones. West Bengal has announced a total statewide lockdown on September 7, 11, and 12. These revised guidelines won’t come in the way of August 31 lockdown.
