It’s Mumbai vs Delhi in Tuesday’s final showdown

Delhi Capitals made it to their maiden IPL final, beating the Sunrisers Hyderabad by 17 runs on Sunday. Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Delhi Capitals put up 189/3 on board thanks to Shikhar Dhawan( 78 off 50 balls), Shimron Hetmyer(42 off 22  balls), and Marcus Stoinis’s (38 off 27 balls) crucial knocks.

Sunrisers were off to a sloppy start losing both their openers early on. Kane Williamson (67 off 45 balls) showed some hope but could not pull off the chase falling to Marcus Stoinis in the 17th over.

Sunrisers finished their innings on 172/8. Shreyas Iyer’s Delhi will be facing defending champions Mumbai Indians in the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday for the final match of the season.
