Delhi University files appeal against the order on online open book examination for final year DU students

The Delhi University had filed a letters patent appeal before the Delhi High Court against the order passed by a Single Judge Bench allowing online open book examination for final year students of Delhi University. The Online Book Examination for final year students of Delhi University will start from August 10th. 

The appeal list will be appeared before a Division Bench of the High Court, is directed against certain directions given by the Single Judge with due respect of the constitution of the Committee under the aegis of a retired High Court judge, continued monitoring of OBE etc.
