UP Cop Caught On Camera Masturbating Before Woman Complainant

A police officer in Uttar Pradesh has been arrested after he was caught on camera masturbating before a woman complainant and a case was filed against him. The state police had announced a reward of Rs 25,000 for anyone who finds the cop after he initially went missing; he was suspended earlier in a different case.
