Tamil Nadu to reopen schools, theaters on November

Movie theatres can reopen from November 10th and schools (classes, 9, 10, 11, and 12), colleges, research institutions, and other educational institutions to open on November 16, the Tamil Nadu Government announced on Saturday.

All theaters including multiplexes and single screens are allowed to operate with a 50% capacity. Suburban trains are allowed as per the decision of the Union government, adhering to standard operating procedures.
