Repeated cancellation of travel bookings due to lockdown specially in Kolkata

Travel agents in Kolkata have clearly stated to their clients that they cannot guarantee specific travel dates due to repeated change of dates for lockdown. On July 28 the government changed the lockdown dates thrice leaving the airlines, travel agents and fliers exasperated. There has been records of fliers cancelling and rescheduling travel dates several times on Monday.
