Police identify 235 people addicted to drinking sanitizers in Andhra

On Monday, police in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh said they found at least 235 people who have been addicted to the drinking sanitizers owing to the shortage of alcohol. “We ‘re in the process of finding more individuals. We’re counseling them and educating them on the dangers of sanitary intake,” said police. Last Friday, 16 people died in the district after taking sanitary supplies.
