Officer thrashes woman for asking him to wear a mask

In Nellore, at the Tourism Office located in the premises of Hotel Harita, an administration officer working in AP Tourism Corporation ruthlessly beat a differently-abled woman staff, Cherukui Usharani,43, for asking him to wear a mask. C. Bhaskar was later arrested. Although the incident occurred on 27 June, it never came to light till 30th June( Tuesday).
