After Rahul Gandhi’s resignation 15 months ago, Sonia Gandhi took over the interim President position. On Monday the Congress Working Committee (CWC) met virtually where she conveyed her unwillingness to continue in her current position.
The decision-making body of CWC met to discuss the current leadership issue and several party workers gathered at AICC with slogans that they won’t accept anyone else other than the Gandhi family as the chief of the 100-year-old reputable Congress party.
