Musk’s SpaceX satellite

Elon Musk’s SpaceX will be launching a satellite into the orbit within the next month.

It will help in tracking the increasingly alarming rate of rising sea levels.
The “Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich” satellite is designed to detect even millimeter-scale changes in the levels of elevation. It will map 95% of Earth’s ice-free ocean every 10 days and the data collected will help in improving weather forecast and climate changes.
