Lakshmi Vilas Bank rejects the reappointment of CEO and directors

On September 25, Lakshmi Vilas Bank’s general meeting was held. Lakshmi Vilas Bank’s shareholders have rejected the reappointment letter of CEO along with seven directors in the meeting.

Only three directors are appointed by the shareholders. The bank was reportedly speaking with Indiabulls for merging and rejected by the RBI. Later, it is currently reported that it is speaking with Clix Capital.
