Kolkata bars stocked up

The announcement of the Ministry of Home Affairs to allow bars, clubs, and premier clubs to serve liquor from September 1 has stirred up the excitement of bar owners and people.
Some bars reported having already started preparation for stocking up their bars and starting a business after a gap of almost 5 months. Sources from the excise department said that they may send a formal notice by the end of this month.
