Kerala gold smuggling case: Swapna nabbed in Bengaluru

Swapna Suresh, the prime suspect in the smuggling case of 30 kg gold from Kerala, has reportedly been detained from BTM layout, Bengaluru. The prime suspect Swapna Suresh, a former secretary at the UAE consulate in Thiruvananthapuram, of the sensational smuggling case has alleged connections with Kerala’s movers and shakers. Her associate Sarith P S, a former PRO at the UAE consulate was detained previously but Swapna flew away, escaping detention.
