Indian’s would be the worst affected if Kuwait’s new expat bill becomes law

Kuwait National Assembly’s committee has endorsed a draft expat quota bill that aims to constrain the population of Indians to 15%. If the bill is authorized into law, then 8 lakh Indians would be driven away from Kuwait. The Indian expat community in Kuwait is the largest, with the population standing at 1.45 billion.
