Guangxi University asked female students to avoid tiny-strap tops, heels and short skirts

On Wednesday, Reuters confirmed that Guangxi University has banned small- strap tops for girls students and even asked them to avoid heels in certain situations. On August 1, Guangxi University in Southwestern China published 50 points for the new academic year’s female students which included a dress code indicating that women were responsible for sexual abuses.
This amazed many users on the internet and the #GuangxiUniversityfemalestudents’securityguide#” collected 200 million views on Weibo, China’s Twitter, and other social media platforms. Though University has not responded to Reuters call.
