This Diwali, directives may be issued for the usage of “Green Crackers” that constitutes particulate matters lesser than 30%. 2018 already saw the Supreme Court banning the usage of firecrackers that are polluting to envisage bidding for controlling the levels of pollution, which might soon be a reality with the only allowance of sales and purchase for green crackers.
