Chinese AI firm files a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple

Xiao-i a China-based company files a $1.43 billion lawsuit against Apple. They claim that Apple has infringed on its patients. The company is calling for its 10 billion yuan damages. They claim Apple ceased “manufacturing, using, promising to sell, selling, and importing” products that infringe on the patent. Apple has not responded to claims.
