Broad dominates the Day 3, West Indies in serious trouble

Day 3 of the 3rd test between England and West Indies started as a normal session. Holder and Dorwich were building a stable partnership, but Broad hunted Holder. Soon other batters of West Indies became the prey of Broad. Caribbeans ended at 197; Stuart Broad took 6 wickets.

England’s 2nd innings was spectacular. Batsmen took full advantage of tired visitors. Burns and Sibley had their 114 runs partnership. England declared at 226/2. All 3 batsmen had secured their half-centuries including skipper Root.

West Indies had to chase 399 in their last innings. Opener Campbell and night-watchman Roach had departed early. Caribbean visitors are now stumbling on 10/2. They are expected to face a difficult situation Monday morning.
