A YouTuber gets arrested after flying his pet dog on a video

Delhi: A 4.15 million subscribers owner YouTuber has been arrested for animal cruelty, after posting a video on social media. In the video, he was flying his pet dog Dollar in the air by tying balloons on its back.
The video was released on YouTube with the title ‘flying Dollar with helium gas balloons.’ There was also a woman in the video. Probably, she is the mother of the arrested YouTuber Gaurav Sharma.
DCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) Atul Thakur told ANI that Malviya Nagar police station received a complaint from Gaurav Gupta belonging to the ‘People for Animal Society”. Thakur also informed that an FIR under sections 188, 269,34 of the Animal Cruelty Act has been lodged.
Though the video was later removed from his YouTube channel ‘GauravZone.’ After removing the previous animal cruelty video he again posts a new video where he said, “I am also a pet lover. I got influenced by seeing some videos from outside. I apologize for that and I will appeal to all of those watching to not get influenced by my video.” He also said, “before making the video, I had taken all the safety measures. I had said this in the video but did not upload the raw content as it would’ve increased the length of the video.”
