A doctor threw fetus in a garbage site

A doctor in Gujarat was arrested for conducting an abortion of a 5 month pregnant girl. The doctor charged 15,000 for the surgery on the 15 year old girl, and later dumped the foetus in a garbage site.

A case has already been lodged against the doctor under Section 318(secretly burying or disposing of the dead body of a child intentionally to conceal their birth) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

On further investigation, the girl revealed to have been impregnated by Sunil Sargara who was then booked under the POSCO Act.
