Final year exams to be held: Court declared

The final year exams to be held this year. The Supreme Court of India says that the States and Union territories cannot promote students without final year exams. The deadline that is September 30 can be altered and extended but exams will be held.
The Court says Sates under the Disaster Management Act can postpone exams in view of pandemic and consult UGC to fix dates.
